ABOUT GROOMBRIDGE SCULPTURE
Groombridge Sculpture offers an approachable facility for either a commissioned based service or as an outlet for sculptural works by Christopher Groombridge.
The work is largely driven by aesthetics, based around natural and humanistic forms; exploring their contours and landscapes as a visual and tactile voyage, which begs engagement.
Ranging in size from a human hand to a mighty oak, a bas-relief or in the round, the sculptural forms seek an outer beauty whilst withholding mystery at the core.
Having graduated in 1991 from Hertfordshire College of Art & Design, I have worked consistently as a commercial sculptor for retail, entertainment, architecture and design.
Now amassing my own body of work for fine art & interior, I offer both a range of limited edition casts and a commissioned based service.
